This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop, implement, and oversee brand initiatives in the realms of sports and culture.
• Leverage customer insights and research to continuously enhance positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Digital, Retention Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Events, Social, and other departments to ensure that all initiatives are aligned with the brand, driven by customer insights, and executed consistently.
• Establish success metrics for brand health and link brand performance to business results.
• Lead cross-functional teams on key brand projects essential to Nielsen’s brand and business success.
• Over 12 years of experience in brand leadership positions within the B2B sector and/or renowned global brands.
• Extensive knowledge in brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and brand architecture for intricate portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience in building or advancing a brand function within a matrixed organization.
• More than 7 years of experience in managing and leading teams, including both direct reports and external partners.
• Experience in the US market and familiarity with global operations preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present complex strategies to executive-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree or specialized certifications are preferred.
