Senior Brand Manager, Amazon

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will have the overall responsibility for our Amazon business with a focus on the DACH region, with potential expansion into the USA.

• Amazon PPC & Performance Marketing: You will be in charge of the strategy, management, and optimization of all Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) including DSP. You will independently manage the advertising budget to meet profit targets (TACoS, contribution margin).

• Listing & Content Optimization: Your role involves the development and continuous enhancement of product listings, A+ Content, and Brand Stores, including AI-assisted content and image creation with support from the internal design team.

• Assortment Development: You will conduct independent research and identify products that align with our portfolio as “Amazon-first”.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: You will monitor all relevant KPIs (TACoS, ACoS, Profit, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance) and derive actionable insights.

• Building & Managing Your Own Freelancer Team: You will create and oversee your own team of freelancers (e.g., VAs for listing maintenance, reporting, reviews) with your own budget, allowing you to operate your setup independently.

• Direct collaboration with executive management: You will report directly to the executive team and play an active role in shaping the Amazon strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• You should have several years of experience as an Amazon Manager / Marketplace Manager, with proven responsibility for brands generating seven-figure+ revenues.

• You must possess deep expertise in Amazon PPC and have experience managing ad budgets towards profit goals (beyond just ACoS) — performance marketing should be your core strength.

• A confident use of Helium 10, Sellerboard (or comparable tools) and familiarity with Brand Analytics is essential.

• You should actively use AI tools (Claude, Nano Banana or similar) for content and image creation.

• An analytical, independent, and entrepreneurial working style is expected — you should be eager to run a business, rather than merely completing tasks.

• Fluency in German and good English is required to confidently engage with tools, platforms, and international freelancers.
