This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Develop high-quality marketing materials that are not only visually appealing but also commercially successful.
• Uphold and enhance the company's visual identity across all customer interactions.
• Ensure adherence to established brand guidelines while aiding in the continual evolution of the brand.
• Safeguard and elevate the premium positioning of the organization.
• Create innovative assets for landing pages, sales pages, live events, webinar campaigns, social media content, paid advertising efforts, email marketing initiatives, presentation decks, brochures, lead magnets, course materials, digital products, and print materials.
• Assist in launching new products and initiatives by producing key graphics, product mock-ups, framework visuals, custom icons, logos and visual identities, campaign creatives, launch materials, and sales-oriented visual content.
• Quickly and confidently interpret creative briefs.
• Provide high-quality deliverables with minimal revisions required.
• Offer creative ideas and solutions that extend beyond the original brief.
• Convert complex ideas into visually appealing and commercially viable designs.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand to maintain consistency in typography, color schemes, layout systems, visual hierarchy, iconography, and overall brand architecture.
• Manage various projects in a dynamic marketing setting.
• Produce top-notch creative work while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Respond swiftly to feedback and shifting business priorities.
• Consistently uphold high standards of quality while working efficiently.
• Extensive experience in brand, graphic, or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercially driven design work.
• Proven track record in creating marketing materials that facilitate lead generation, event registrations, inquiries, and sales.
• In-depth understanding of:

• Advertising creativity

• Premium brand positioning
• Advanced skills in:

• Experience in designing for:
