This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure brand consistency by leveraging your established graphic design expertise to shape and influence how Limble's brand manifests across print, digital, and motion assets.
• Create engaging collateral across all media, including updates to the website, marketing initiatives, product rollouts, presentations, and both internal and external communications.
• Integrate both motion and static graphics effectively into sales enablement materials, marketing emails, social media campaigns, YouTube videos, and the corporate website.
• Independently manage the entire content project pipeline from initial conceptualization and design through to delivery, post-production, and revisions.
• Collaborate across various departments such as marketing, product, and other internal teams to gather feedback, address design challenges, and ensure visuals align with strategic business goals.
• Serve as a trusted creative consultant to stakeholders, balancing their requests with the best interests of the brand.
• Over 7 years of progressive creative experience, ideally showcasing a history of scaling creative outputs and brand development from early-stage to growth phase within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in shaping brand strategy or positioning, rather than merely implementing existing guidelines.
• Advanced proficiency in design and motion tools, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong grasp of layout, color theory, typography, UI/UX implementation principles, and foundational web development, including tools like Webflow.
• An impressive portfolio that reflects strategic creative execution, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to adapt creative directions while maintaining brand integrity.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to perform under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated by a successful history of collaboration within a team setting.
• Proficient in using AI tools and workflows, applying them effectively to enhance productivity while exercising sound judgment on their use.
• Experience in briefing, directing, and managing external agencies or freelance creative professionals.
• Familiarity with accessible design practices (e.g., WCAG standards).
