This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a thorough social media strategy to bring the brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and implement social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Record and edit videos for distribution across all channels.
• Generate ideas and execute fresh content and formats.
• Establish AI-driven workflows to enhance the testing, learning, and personalization of the user journey from off-platform to in-product.
• Keep abreast of trends in social media and marketing, proposing on-brand content that aligns with these trends.
• Develop and refine a comprehensive content calendar.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support key initiatives and product launches.
• Deliver direct, data-supported insights to leadership regarding effective strategies and investment areas.
• Over 4 years of experience managing social media in-house, preferably for a consumer subscription product.
• Proven success in creating content that resonates with a high school demographic.
• Demonstrated ability to scale social media accounts for a startup brand.
• Extensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Analytical and data-focused: you track content performance beyond impressions, including engagement and impact.
• Strong creative instincts: you understand what drives content effectiveness and know how and when to create and launch new material.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working within a lean team: you act swiftly, remain close to the work, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills that allow you to effectively present ideas to both peers and executive leadership.
• Inherently curious and proactive: you continuously test new tools, experiment with workflows, and seek ways to enhance efficiency and productivity.
