This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take ownership of the weekly creative production calendar across all ongoing projects, formats, and team members.
• Monitor every piece of content from the initial brief to final delivery, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
• Develop and uphold production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that keep the team synchronized and minimize unnecessary back and forth.
• Identify bottlenecks in the workflow before they escalate into delays.
• Oversee project management tools to ensure all creative work remains organized and transparent.
• Act as the initial point of feedback for revisions on all video outputs before they are forwarded to the strategist or founder for final evaluation.
• Assess editor output against the brief and provide clear, specific, and actionable revision feedback.
• Ensure that every video adheres to quality standards and aligns with provided guidelines before progressing.
• Monitor revision rounds for each editor and identify patterns that may indicate a need for additional training.
• Function as the central operational hub connecting creative strategists, video editors, and the graphic designer.
• Conduct weekly creative production standup meetings to align the team on priorities and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with the media buyer on timelines for creative launches and asset delivery.
• Keep leadership updated on the volume of creative output, the status of the pipeline, and any obstacles encountered.
• Demonstrated experience in creative operations or production management within an 8-figure DTC brand or performance marketing agency.
• Strong comprehension of direct response video production, including what constitutes an effective brief and useful revision notes.
• Exceptionally organized—capable of managing multiple concurrent projects without oversight.
• Clear and straightforward communicator—your revision notes are detailed and actionable, avoiding ambiguity.
• High-autonomy individual who effectively manages the production pipeline with minimal supervision.
• Proficient daily use of AI tools is essential; our client expects you to incorporate AI into every workflow from day one.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management tools.
• Basic understanding of video editing to assess the feasibility of revision requests.
• Background in health, wellness, or supplement brands.
