Senior Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance the fundamental visual identity system of Axonius, which includes logo application, color schemes, typography, icon designs, illustration styles, and motion graphics.

• Implement comprehensive design solutions for digital advertisements, landing pages, email templates, sales presentations, event signage, and trade show displays.

• Develop and uphold a scalable design framework, brand guidelines, and resource libraries.

• Enable cross-functional teams to independently create assets that align with the brand.

• Spearhead design workflows assisted by AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Runway.

• Manage relationships with agencies as required to enhance brand visibility.

• Collaborate with content, product marketing, and growth teams.

• Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer within the Marketing department.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of professional experience in brand or graphic design.

• Demonstrated expertise in B2B technology or cybersecurity design.

• Professional proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

• Proven experience utilizing AI design tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway in active production workflows to deliver finalized design assets.

• Preferred: A professional portfolio showcasing comprehensive brand identity systems, multi-channel campaigns, and execution across both digital and physical platforms.

• Preferred: Experience in designing marketing materials tailored for technical enterprise, cybersecurity, or IT audiences.

• Preferred: Hands-on proficiency with After Effects and Premiere.

• Preferred: Experience in developing internal design tools, templates, or design automation systems.

• Preferred: Experience in designing landing pages and producing creative assets for conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Webflow or HubSpot templates.
