This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with the Brand & Cross Sector marketing team to facilitate the prioritization and execution of marketing strategies and deliverables.

• Serving as the custodian of brand & cross-sector marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and the delivery of impactful materials across digital and social media platforms, email campaigns, websites, events, and paid media.

• Playing a vital role in executing marketing strategies that align with firmwide objectives and Baringa’s overall vision for Clients & Marketing.

• Working alongside business leads and the marketing team to synchronize marketing initiatives with business priorities, ensuring structured and impactful go-to-market strategies.

• Assisting in the design and launch of campaigns to enhance Baringa’s market positioning and achieve strategic goals, tailoring campaigns to local cultural and market requirements across the UK, US, Europe, and APAC.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (sector marketers, business leads, and broader Clients & Marketing colleagues) to create engaging campaign content, including thought leadership, client stories, videos, webinars, and events.

• Identifying Baringa’s unique strengths and differentiators to guide clear objectives, effective messaging, and precise targeting of key audiences and market segments.

• Managing the complete lifecycle of campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization, employing a structured approach to ensure quality and results. Centering audience and market insights in decision-making to drive meaningful outcomes such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and increased market share.

• Overseeing daily operations for cross-sector marketing, ensuring a seamless workflow, monitoring budgets, and promoting timely and proactive delivery of outputs.

• Evaluating marketing performance, assessing success, and providing actionable recommendations to consistently enhance campaign effectiveness and support future planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• CIM Diploma qualification or equivalent (or a strong working knowledge of CIM principles preferred).

• Additional professional certifications such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and/or data-driven marketing platforms are advantageous.

• Proven success in developing marketing campaigns and employing innovative, data-driven tactics to foster business growth, improve customer engagement, and meet sales pipeline targets.

• Experience in B2B marketing operations, with a demonstrated ability to design and implement impactful campaigns that yield measurable business results.

• Background in Professional Services, with an understanding of the market and familiarity with sector-specific challenges.

• Proficient with marketing analytics tools and platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Google Analytics, or equivalent, utilizing data to assess campaign performance and enhance marketing impact.

• Capable of balancing strategic focus with detailed execution—managing projects from concept to completion with thorough planning, organization, and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to independently manage time and priorities while balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term growth objectives.

• Professional, personable, client-focused, and highly skilled at building rapport while influencing others to achieve outcomes and make a significant impact.
