Senior BPM Developer – Appian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in identifying optimal methods for designing and developing cutting-edge applications aimed at enhancing business processes through the Appian BPM Development platform.

• Function effectively as a team leader, sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining communication, and keeping managers informed about task progress.

• Consistently aim to exceed client and team expectations while engaging in increasingly complex projects.

• Build and sustain productive working relationships with client and onsite personnel.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Engage in Scrum ceremonies and deliver status updates.

• Take part in design, development, quality assurance, deployment, and support as necessary.

• Adhere to EY policies and procedures, including time tracking and leave management.

• Guarantee high-quality deliverables, and update technical architecture, design, and unit test cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Architect and design Appian applications.

• Experience with Appian Process Models, Integrations, SAIL Interface, Web API, and Reporting.

• Hands-on experience with BPMS implementations, including process design, form design, rules, SAIL, and CDTs.

• Familiarity with BPMN, XML, and XSD.

• Knowledge of Appian best practices.

• Strong understanding of relational databases and practical experience with PL/SQL.

• Proficient in integrations using REST APIs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of the Java/J2EE platform is advantageous.

• Familiarity with project implementation methodologies.

• Ideally, candidates should hold a B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science) or MCA, with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in Big 4 or recognized SI/ITeS companies.

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
