This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial functions, reporting schedules, cash management, and essential operational controls for the family investment trust, Australian operating entity, Australian health & wellness business with physical products/inventory, and personal family budget.

• Collaborate directly with the owner and external Australian accountant utilizing Xero, ApprovalMax, and Unleashed.

• Effectively manage the closing processes, cash flow, controls, and value-enhancing strategies across the entities along with the family budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of finance and operations experience with SMEs or owner-operated businesses.

• Extensive and current knowledge of Xero across multi-entity frameworks, including trusts.

• Strong understanding of Australian tax regulations — BAS, GST, superannuation, STP, FBT — which enhances expense categorization beyond mere record-keeping.

• Proven track record as a cash flow manager — has overseen weekly cash flow with detailed metrics; can highlight concrete improvements (DSO, late fees, working capital).

• Proficiency in Google Sheets — capable of enhancing an existing model rather than solely building one from the ground up.

• Familiarity with inventory management — understands reorder points, EOQ, and S&OP cycles.

• Analytical and proactive mindset — offers insights without needing prompting.
