Customer Support Assistant – Accounting/Tax

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support to clients through ticketing systems, corporate WhatsApp, and phone calls.

• Collect requirements for training programs.

• Conduct virtual training sessions for both internal and external clients.

• Create and prepare instructional manuals.

• Proven experience in controllership, including accounting, tax, and SPED.

• Familiarity with ERP software.

• Proficient in computer usage.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to learn quickly.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• Demonstrated proactivity.

• Capacity to foster positive working relationships.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Experience in delivering ECD and ECF.

• Experience with Iniflex ERP (proprietary software).
