• Perform intricate data analysis and interpretation to aid decision-making by organizational stakeholders.
• Deliver prompt financial and business analytics, which includes monitoring and reporting on essential performance indicators.
• Examine payer contract adherence, prior authorization processes, denial, and reimbursement trends.
• Conduct thorough reviews and audits to pinpoint issues/trends and formulate actionable remediation strategies.
• Design, implement, and assess improvement initiatives based on insights derived from data.
• Create actionable plans for enhancing workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with various teams to drive process improvements and optimize efficiency.
• Oversee compliance with SOPs, SLAs, productivity, and quality standards established by leadership.
• Assist in project management to ensure the successful and timely execution of tasks.
• Support governance and the rollout of Natera SOP documentation.
• Employ tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence platforms for a variety of analytical functions.
• Adhere to HIPAA/PHI privacy regulations during PHI handling and complete mandatory training within 30 days of hiring.
• A bachelor's degree in business, economics, a related field, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in business administration, information systems, health sciences, insurance companies, or healthcare billing organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in quantitative software applications (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
• Comprehensive understanding of medical billing, insurance policies, and healthcare reimbursement mechanisms.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL with the capability to query databases.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and constructing dashboards is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, gather and reconcile data, and verify data against source information.
• Self-driven and proactive in a dynamic environment.
