📋 Description

• Conduct both routine and intricate account research, analyze discrepancies, and generate detailed reports for the designated book of business (BoB) with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

• Execute month-over-month analyses, investigate and rectify invoicing discrepancies, and provide clear, concise, and comprehensive explanations for variances, demonstrating the capability to manage complex billing challenges.

• Serve as a billing expert, guiding and mentoring two Billing Analysts by being their primary resource for questions regarding duties, systems, available reports, and established processes and procedures.

• Collaborate with Billing, Collections, and Cash Applications teams to ensure prompt and clear communication regarding customer issues, manual billings, and other significant factors that contribute to customer satisfaction.

• Liaise with Client Manager, Client Services, Eligibility, Client Integration/Implementations, and Operations as necessary to address special client requests, new agreements or contract amendments, issues identified during client setup and/or billing, and to reconcile accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related field.

• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks while remaining organized and mindful of deadlines.

• Capability to read and interpret sales contracts and associated legal documents pertaining to billing.

• Ability to work independently while also mentoring junior team members.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and/or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is advantageous.
