Senior Bid Coordinator, Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manages the bidding process by evaluating RFPs, crafting proposals, and creating competitive pricing strategies for clients.

• Establishes project-level feasibility for client proposals utilizing proprietary tools.

• Maintains the company's CRM system with updated bid submissions.

• Collaborates with Account Directors and Sales Directors to cultivate and enhance client relationships with an emphasis on generating additional revenue through successful sales closures, effective upselling, and managing client expectations during the delivery phase.

• Supports the Client Services Team during project execution by providing additional information and partner sources as necessary.

• Aids in presentations and other sales-related tasks as requested by the Sales Director and Account Directors.

• Adheres to ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• 4-6 years of experience in pre-sales and proposal management within the Market Research sector.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Customer-focused mindset; prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
