This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Convert business requirements into data specifications: engage directly with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize analytical needs, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and technical execution.
• Manage the entire analytics delivery process: from defining data requirements and coordinating with data engineering, to developing models, dashboards, and reports using the appropriate tools, and presenting insights to leadership.
• Spearhead the OneView Dashboard project: integrate KPIs from various business sectors (revenue, free subscriptions, campaign performance, web traffic, and more) into a cohesive and trustworthy reporting framework for one of our key SaaS brands.
• Collaborate with data management and modeling teams to guarantee timely project delivery.
• Propel the GTM Funnel Analytics program: assist in the design and implementation of a centralized Go-To-Market funnel tracking system, encompassing lead acquisition, channel performance, and marketing automation across a range of SaaS brands.
• Enhance analytics maturity over time: once GTM tracking is in place for initial brands, broaden the framework to include onboarding flows and product usage analytics, progressively enriching the analytical landscape across the portfolio.
• Serve as a cross-functional facilitator: proactively resolve dependencies across Data Platform, Analytics, BI, and Marketing Automation Engineering — leveraging seniority and extensive experience to contribute effectively across all these areas without needing guidance.
• Engage with data tools: work directly with the current data stack (including Databricks and BI/visualization tools as necessary) and influence how data is modeled, structured, and presented for business use.
• 10+ years of experience in senior data and analytics positions — titles such as Lead BI Engineer, Head of Data, Head of Analytics, or an equivalent role.
• Demonstrated history of independently delivering comprehensive analytics projects, from identifying requirements to producing stakeholder-ready outputs.
• Strong business insight: comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, grasping commercial priorities, and contextualizing data initiatives in terms of business impact.
• Extensive hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, self-service BI tools, or similar), alongside experience in setting up context layers.
• Solid grasp of data modeling principles and experience with contemporary data platforms (experience with Databricks is advantageous).
• Familiarity with SaaS GTM tools and metrics: experience with platforms such as Amplitude, HubSpot, or similar marketing/product analytics tools.
• Experience working across various data domains concurrently — BI, data engineering, marketing analytics, and product analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — capable of clearly presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Everyone is welcome here.
• Diversity & Inclusion are at our core.
• Our commitment to caring for the environment and each other is at the heart of everything we do.
