• Oversee the technical onboarding process: reviewing Single Line Diagrams, mapping sensor hierarchies, and configuring sensor specifications in Databricks prior to KPI rollout.
• Manage the rollout and validation of KPIs: releasing TWAICE KPIs, diagnosing issues related to sensor data quality and aggregation errors.
• Lead performance analysis during the commissioning and augmentation phases: interpreting capacity test results and creating executive-ready presentations.
• Highlight recurring product gaps and customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Conduct platform training for performance engineers, O&M leads, and asset managers.

• Knowledge of BESS data flows and ingestion protocols (Modbus, IEC-104, OPC-UA, REST API, SFTP) is necessary.
• Familiarity with the Australian National Electricity Market (NEM) – including dispatch mechanics, FCAS markets, capacity credit obligations, and 5-minute settlement – and their influence on BESS operational constraints and asset owner priorities.
