This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Assist in the administration and enhancement of Workday and other HRIS tools; address issues and guarantee data integrity throughout the platform.
β’ Carry out operational transactions related to key employee milestones, such as compensation adjustments, promotions, terminations, and onboarding.
β’ Create and manage real-time dashboards; deliver actionable insights on turnover, headcount, and other essential organizational metrics.
β’ Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document workflows to effectively scale HR operations.
β’ Oversee the daily management of global health and wellness programs, serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries.
β’ Implement the benefit reconciliation process and ensure the accurate and timely processing of all carrier billing.
β’ Organize and monitor leave programs (FMLA, Disability, etc.) to ensure a supportive experience for employees and compliance with all relevant regulations.
β’ Support the assessment and implementation of employee perks to enhance the overall employee value proposition.
β’ Lead the preparation and submission of necessary information for EEO-1, ADA, FMLA, and Department of Labor audits.
β’ Draft or revise internal HR policies to ensure they stay up-to-date with evolving local, state, and federal labor laws.
β’ Uphold rigorous documentation standards for OSHA and other governmental reporting requirements.
β’ Proficiency in Workday and other HR Systems, including absence management software, ticketing tools, etc.
β’ Proven experience in supporting corporate health and wellness benefits as well as leave of absence programs.
β’ Strong commitment to continuous improvement, process optimization, enhancing efficiency, and meeting or surpassing client expectations.
β’ Demonstrated project management and operational skills with a proven track record of managing global projects and initiatives.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting purposes.
β’ Ability to build strong relationships and establish credibility at all levels and across geographies within the organization and cross-functionally.
β’ Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Extensive knowledge of HR functional areas (e.g., organizational development, talent management, employee relations, staffing, and compensation/benefits).
β’ Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local laws concerning HR.
β’ A Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of directly relevant experience in HR/Benefits Operations.
