This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
β’ Assist in the administration and enhancement of Workday and other HRIS platforms; resolve issues and maintain data accuracy.
β’ Manage operational transactions related to compensation adjustments, promotions, terminations, and onboarding processes.
β’ Create and sustain real-time dashboards while delivering reports on turnover, headcount, and organizational metrics.
β’ Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document workflows to scale HR functions.
β’ Oversee the daily management of global health and wellness initiatives and address employee inquiries.
β’ Conduct benefits reconciliation and guarantee timely and accurate carrier billing.
β’ Organize and monitor leave programs, including FMLA and Disability, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations.
β’ Support in assessing and implementing employee benefits.
β’ Guide the preparation and submission of data for EEO-1, ADA, FMLA, and Department of Labor audits.
β’ Draft or update internal HR policies to align with evolving labor regulations.
β’ Keep documentation for OSHA and other governmental reporting obligations.
β’ Experience with Workday and other HR systems, including absence management software and ticketing tools.
β’ Proven experience in supporting corporate health and wellness benefits as well as leave of absence programs.
β’ Strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, enhancing efficiency, and exceeding client expectations.
β’ Demonstrated project management and operational skills, with a proven track record in managing global projects and initiatives.
β’ Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to organize and interpret data using HRIS systems for reporting.
β’ Ability to build strong relationships and establish credibility at all levels within the organization and across functions.
β’ Comfort with uncertainty; capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of HR functional areas (e.g., organizational development, talent management, employee relations, staffing, and compensation/benefits).
β’ Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local HR-related laws.
β’ A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR/Benefits Operations.
β’ Must reside in and be able to work remotely from one of the designated states: Florida, Georgia, Idaho, North Carolina, Texas, Washington, or Michigan.
