This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior executives and cross-departmental teams to pinpoint significant opportunities where behavioral science can enhance key business objectives.
• Advise stakeholders on business issues by applying behavioral insights to enhance decision-making, engagement, adoption, member experiences, affordability, and health outcomes.
• Assist in enterprise transformation and change management initiatives, focusing on the ethical integration and adoption of AI and emerging technologies.
• Create frameworks and playbooks that render behavioral science understandable and actionable throughout the organization.
• Perform literature reviews and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify behavioral trends, decision-making obstacles, and areas for improvement.
• Design and execute experiments, including randomized controlled trials, A/B tests, quasi-experimental studies, and field experiments.
• Develop interventions informed by behavioral insights, such as messaging and engagement strategies, incentive designs, and enhancements to digital experiences.
• Identify behavioral obstacles to technology adoption and create solutions to enhance uptake.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, operations, and business teams to implement, test, refine, and scale solutions.
• Manage measurement and evaluation frameworks to assess impact and establish an evidence base for effective strategies.
• Foster internal capabilities through workshops, presentations, practical frameworks, tools, and personalized consulting.
• Stay updated on the latest research in behavioral science and apply findings to enterprise contexts.
• Represent the organization externally through conferences, publications, industry partnerships, and speaking engagements as appropriate.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in behavioral science, experimental research, or a related field.
• A Master’s Degree is required; an advanced degree (minimum Master's) in behavioral science, decision science, data science, experimental economics, psychology, social science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and conducting experiments in both lab and field environments, including randomized controlled trials, A/B tests, and quasi-experimental designs.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with expertise in statistical modeling, computational methods, and the use of statistical/analytical tools (R, Python, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex research into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
