Senior Backend Software Engineer – Node

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will join the Chat Commerce team, which collaborates with RD Conversas, the platform responsible for centralizing communications from channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Web Chat.

• Develop an innovative AI-driven chat commerce ecosystem, ensuring robust performance and scalability in conversational flows within RD Atendimento.

• Write high-quality code adhering to the engineering best practices established internally.

• Define features based on documentation produced during the discovery phases.

• Engage actively in code reviews, technical improvements, and mentoring of junior developers.

• Design and create scalable architectures for integrations with AI models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in high-performance environments and managing large volumes of requests.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, code design, and design patterns.

• Proficient in the NoSQL paradigm and MongoDB databases.

• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.

• Familiarity with GCP cloud, messaging (Pub/Sub), and gRPC communication.
