• Strong programming skills in Java, Scala, or Python, along with a desire to learn

• In-depth knowledge of improving engineering environments and workflows using AI development tools

• Proficient in SQL and familiar with relational database management

• Exceptional system design capabilities, enabling wise technology and architecture choices

• Experience with distributed systems

• A strong sense of product ownership, with an emphasis on delivering value to customers

• Proficient in English and Polish, both in speaking and writing
