Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate closely with our CTO and Product Team to deliver a high-quality product.

• Your role will encompass all facets of the product development process, from the ideation of new features, partnering with the Design and SysOps teams, to effectively deploying your code in a production environment.

• You will operate within a structured Agile framework to create high-quality applications based on specified requirements and designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Java 21, ideally within a microservices architecture.

• Extensive experience in Object-Oriented Design and Analysis.

• Practical experience with frameworks and technologies such as Spring (Core, Data JPA, MVC, Boot, Security), Spock, SQL, REST, and other related tools.

• Proven ability in designing and implementing highly scalable systems and frameworks.

• Desirable skills include an understanding of SOA and distributed systems, as well as experience in Continuous Integration.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of SAML, Dropbox API, Google API, OAuth, and similar technologies.

• Some experience with Event Sourcing and CQRS.

• Acquaintance with AWS services.

• Excellent communication abilities, with a strong capacity to collaborate effectively with other Scrum team members.

• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
