Senior Backend Developer – .NET Core, Microservices

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions that can manage high concurrency.

• Analyze and convert functional requirements into precise technical specifications.

• Implement and maintain distributed microservices that offer horizontal scalability.

• Create and uphold technical documentation, encompassing designs, APIs, workflows, and manuals.

• Develop and carry out unit, integration, and performance tests.

• Establish functional and load testing routines for microservices.

• Engage in code reviews, ensuring compliance with established best practices and standards.

• Conduct evolutionary and corrective maintenance of solutions.

• Troubleshoot intricate incidents within distributed environments.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to foster knowledge sharing and ongoing technical development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in intermediate or advanced Spanish.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Experience in backend development.

• Proven experience in building distributed microservices.

• Familiarity with containers (Docker) and scalable architectures.

• Strong understanding of relational databases.

• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman or similar).

• Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger / OpenAPI or similar).

• Nice to have: experience with non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).

• Nice to have: experience in high-concurrency and high-volume transaction environments.

• Nice to have: basic frontend knowledge (React or Angular).

• Nice to have: experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, MQTT, AMQP).

• Nice to have: experience with agile development methodologies.
