Senior Backend Developer, Java/Python

📋 Description

• Design and develop services, APIs, and intricate integrations linked to core systems;

• Engage in the creation and assessment of design documents alongside partner teams;

• Operate within an Inner Source framework, crafting features and submitting merge requests (MRs) for evaluation and approval by other teams;

• Maintain high code quality standards and ensure rigorous test coverage (90%+);

• Collaborate with various squads on CI/CD pipelines;

• Offer technical support to the team, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level expertise in Backend development, with the capability to work across multiple programming languages;

• Strong command of Java (including versions 11, 13, 17, 18) and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA);

• Established experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP);

• Solid background in messaging architectures;

• Proficient in both relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, Postgres, MongoDB, and Redis);

• Excellent development methodologies (Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns) and strong analytical skills to convert business challenges into software solutions.
