Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the reliability, development, and effectiveness of the Robôs team microservices.

• Conduct system maintenance and integrations.

• Facilitate the adoption of generative AI technologies.

• Serve as a technical resource for mid-level and junior developers.

• Uphold a high standard of quality in all deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant discipline.

• Expertise in Python for backend development and microservices.

• Familiarity with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.

• Experience in orchestrating asynchronous tasks using tools like Celery, APScheduler, Faust, or Twisted.

• Practical experience in production environments, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Background in modernizing legacy systems.

• Experience in monitoring and maintaining cloud systems (preferably GCP).

• Understanding of generative AI and working with large language models (LLMs).

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

• Ability to work independently to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.

• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to sharing knowledge.

• Strong communication skills, both clear and concise.
