Senior Backend Developer, AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain our web application.

• Design and manage our data layer, including schema and table design, relationships, indexing, and query/load optimization to ensure performance as the system expands.

• Create queues, background jobs, and long-running workflows that maintain accuracy and reliability under significant load.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, shape the direction of our technology stack, and guide the overall product vision.

• Construct robust pipelines for document and email processing as well as third-party integrations that can handle volume surges effectively.

• Build and enhance agents for our expanding template library.

• Extend our RAG/knowledge-base system, encompassing embeddings, semantic search, and re-ranking.

• Operate within an AI-first development framework powered by Claude and Cursor.

• Oversee version control and team collaboration through GitHub.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science, OR practical programming experience, OR experience in automation.

• Proficient English to facilitate effective team communication.

• Knowledge of German is not required.

• Strong technical comprehension and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively under performance pressure.

• Quick learner with a disciplined and self-motivated work ethic.
