Senior Back Office Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Portfolio Management: Responsible for processing and reconciling transactions related to Fixed Income, Equities, Funds, and Offshore securities.

• Financial Control: Oversee settlement processes, manage corporate actions (such as dividends and interest), and conduct thorough verification of brokerage documentation.

• Operational Flow: Handle transaction executions including redemptions, subscriptions, and portability/transfers, as well as foreign exchange operations and ticket openings on platforms (e.g., XP Connect).

• Data and Compliance: Ensure validation of client data (KYC), organize documentation, and collaborate with Management and Compliance teams.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest automation solutions to enhance efficiency in routine tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in Back Office roles within Banks, Brokerages, Asset Managers, or Family Offices.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel: Expertise in utilizing complex formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation techniques (knowledge of VBA or macros is advantageous).

• Market Systems: Familiarity with systems such as Bloomberg Terminal, XP Connect, HUB, or custody management platforms.

• Analytical Profile: Must possess a keen attention to detail, strong data validation abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a zero-error standard.
