Senior Back-End Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, and sustain essential services that support CRM and Marketing platforms.

• Create advanced and scalable data models tailored for the real estate sector.

• Develop efficient, high-performance SQL queries and enhance database operations.

• Implement features with comprehensive unit and integration testing.

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to gain insights into agent workflows and enhance user experience.

• Shape architectural decisions to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.

• Work alongside front-end developers and cross-functional teams.

• Stay informed on industry trends and provide suggestions for new features and backend enhancements.

• Take the lead on projects when necessary and contribute to the advancement of engineering culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• Five to seven years of relevant experience, or a mix of experience and education.

• Extensive experience with JavaScript and Node.js.

• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and SQL performance optimization.

• Experience in designing, building, and testing scalable backend services.

• Proficient in building and utilizing APIs.

• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Innovative approach to tackling complex technical challenges.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
