Senior Back-end Developer – AWS, Python, Terraform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance serverless solutions utilizing AWS Lambda

• Contribute to the creation of APIs, back-end services, and integrations between AWS services and enterprise systems

• Develop scalable, secure, and efficient solutions

• Implement best practices in development, security, performance, and observability

• Collaborate closely with Development, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams

• Engage in code reviews, troubleshooting, and the technical advancement of solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Python for back-end development

• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management

• Understanding of REST APIs and system integration

• Experience with Git and collaborative development methodologies

• Familiarity with AI tools utilized in software development

• Strong expertise in AWS Lambda and serverless architectures

• Experience with AWS services including API Gateway, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB

• Preferred: prior experience in financial institutions, banks, or regulated environments

• Preferred: understanding of security and best practices for cloud solutions

• Preferred: experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Preferred: knowledge of Docker and containerization

• Preferred: experience with monitoring and observability in AWS settings

• Ability to function in highly critical enterprise environments
