Senior Back-End Developer

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance, production-grade backend services and distributed systems to facilitate large-scale model inference.

• Make significant contributions to the technical roadmap and architecture of our inference platform, emphasizing low-latency and high-throughput services.

• Ensure the production reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems by utilizing monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

• Collaborate across functions with data science, product, and engineering teams to align platform capabilities with strategic business objectives.

• Oversee and enhance our cloud infrastructure (GCP) while managing workloads using Kubernetes.

• Advocate for and apply best practices in backend service development, testing, deployment, and monitoring (DevOps, SRE).

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Extensive practical experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining distributed systems at scale, including managing cloud infrastructure on GCP and orchestrating workloads with Kubernetes.

• Proficiency in Golang for creating high-performance, low-latency systems and infrastructure.

• Significant experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

• Knowledge of microservice architectures, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD best practices.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
