
Senior B2B Sales Manager – Hospitality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Spearhead and promote the global expansion of LUMAS’ B2B channel in the Hospitality and A&D sectors
• Manage intricate, long-term sales processes involving international hotel chains and corporate clients
• Establish and enhance a high-level network within the worldwide hospitality sector
• Create and negotiate extensive framework agreements and project-specific contracts
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and procurement decision-makers
• Represent LUMAS at global trade shows and industry gatherings
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide customized, design-focused solutions
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B project sales within hospitality, interior design, furniture, lighting, or other premium design sectors
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder corporate sales processes
• Strong international connections within the hospitality industry (preferred)
• Experience in negotiating framework agreements with major hotel chains or design-oriented corporate clients
• Confident communicator at the executive level
• Proficient in English (German is a plus)
• A proactive and self-driven attitude
• Willingness to travel (approximately 20-30%) to engage with clients and participate in industry events
• Highly organized and detail-focused, with fundamental analytical skills to monitor sales performance
