
Senior B2B SaaS Business Development Manager – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will lead zepta’s growth by influencing our sales initiatives from the ground up and securing new clients.
• As the initial contact for potential customers, you will cultivate relationships, spark interest in our offerings, and actively finalize new B2B partnerships.
• You will plan, lead, and manage technical customer implementations in a hands-on, clear, and organized manner.
• Regularly, you will conduct nationwide onboarding sessions at customer sites across Germany.
• You will encourage customers to engage actively and ensure they progress towards their objectives.
• You will swiftly identify obstacles and manage escalations in a proactive, solution-focused, and confident manner.
• You will foster long-term relationships with customers, providing support and growing alongside them.
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels of stakeholders, including colleagues, senior management, board members, external partners, and technicians.
• Willingness to travel, adaptability, and the ability to organize trips independently.
• Ability to build trust and restore it when needed.
• Passionate about creating from the ground up and developing interpersonal relationships.
• Experience in sales, business development, onboarding, and technical implementations, preferably within a B2B SaaS or IoT environment.
• Proficiency in German and strong conversational skills in English.
