This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Serve as a point of contact for sales personnel, distributors, and service staff to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in customer service, including managing call escalations.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze data and present findings effectively.
• Oversee all customer inquiries—via calls, emails, web, and fax—professionally to guarantee satisfaction while consistently achieving Stanley Black & Decker’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Continuously enhance and manage the flow of customer communications regarding promotions and product information.
• 1 to 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Proficient in SAP and Salesforce.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Willingness to support new team members and colleagues, including training opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail.
