This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Assist customers of a prestigious global luxury retail brand by providing enhanced, relationship-focused experiences.
β’ Offer expert advice on products and fragrances tailored to mood, personality, and specific occasions.
β’ Anticipate customer requirements and proactively present thoughtful solutions throughout their interaction.
β’ Keep precise and comprehensive records of customer engagements using CRM and service tools.
β’ Recognize opportunities to enhance the customer journey and communicate insights to leadership.
β’ Play an active role in a collaborative, high-performing team environment while also working independently when necessary.
β’ Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, luxury retail, sales, or personalized client assistance.
β’ Strong familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer service tools.
β’ Proficient in English, as interactions will be with global customers and colleagues primarily speaking the language.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Comfortable in assisting customers and addressing their requests over the phone.
β’ Proficient in computer use.
