This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Supervise and lead a team of customer support specialists.
β’ Take ownership of performance metrics, response times, and overall service excellence.
β’ Mentor and develop the team as the support function expands.
β’ Address escalations as necessary.
β’ Create and enhance processes that cater to a rapidly expanding customer base.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing or leading a team.
β’ Experience in the payroll industry.
β’ Proven background as an individual contributor prior to transitioning into management.
β’ Strong understanding of support performance metrics and team operations.
β’ Bonus: experience from a similar payroll or HR-tech organization.
