β€’ You don't merely guide our customers; instead, you empower them with your expertise to become digital leaders! πŸ‘Ύ

β€’ Your role involves assisting and informing customers so they can make informed decisions independently.

β€’ Address inquiries related to their shipments that they have generated using our top-tier shipping tool.

β€’ Ensure that our B2B clientele receives professional assistance and proactively suggest solutions to enhance their experience.

β€’ Oversee webcare πŸ•Έ, manage inbound calls πŸ“ž, chats ⌨️ & tickets 🎫 (through the Zendesk system), and respond to various queries about software, shipments, and other challenges customers may face.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Customer Support is your forte: you excel at listening and enjoy helping, advising, and finding solutions.

β€’ Your communication abilities are πŸ’―.

β€’ Proficient in English and a second language such as Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, or German.

β€’ Multitasking comes naturally to you, and you possess a proactive, commercial mindset.

β€’ Previous experience in Customer Support is highly advantageous.

β€’ Familiarity with online products, e-commerce, and/or SaaS (Software as a Service) is a significant plus.

β€’ You aspire to grow alongside Sendcloud and are available for full-time work (40 hours/week) β€” your workday begins at 14:30 PM and concludes around 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday).

β€’ Residing in Zagreb, Croatia is a requirement.
