Senior AWS Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Engage in the development of technology solution offerings and customer journeys, focusing on cloud computing and IT operations.

• Generate case studies for completed projects.

• Create presentation materials for both internal use and external presentations.

• Travel to meet clients and partners locally or regionally for meetings and in-person presentations.

• Speak at in-person and online events as a technical and business representative.

• Design and promote tailored technical solutions for clients that meet their unique requirements.

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to uncover new business opportunities.

• Transfer technical designs from closed sales to delivery teams and client technical teams.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including comprehensive technical documentation.

• Lead client meetings to ascertain their needs and propose appropriate solutions.

• Oversee and ensure the documentation of opportunities during the solution design phase.

• Develop and track performance indicators for the solutions created.

• Formulate pricing strategies for the company's services and offerings.

• Conduct benchmarking and market research to develop new solutions.

• Set up demo environments for client and partner presentations.

• Present at large-scale events.

• Attend external meetings with clients and partners to ensure effective solution delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in IT or a related field.

• AWS Solutions Architect – Professional and AWS Data Engineer (Associate) certifications.

• AWS AI Practitioner certification.

• At least 6 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in similar roles.

• Familiarity with cloud service platforms with a data-centric focus.

• Experience working as a Data Engineer.

• Knowledge of data architectures, including Data Lake and Data Warehouse.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• English fluency is optional.

• Understanding of ITIL.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

• Practical experience in projects involving AWS or other public cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and others.

• Proficiency with AWS services like RDS and EC2.

• Experience in communicating with end users, technical teams, and senior management to gather requirements and articulate product features and technical projects.
