This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Initiate the first contact with inbound leads generated by marketing activities, ensuring a swift response time.
• Conduct active prospecting (outbound) via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, adhering to predefined cadences.
• Research and map law firms and corporate legal departments that align with Themis's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Identify pain points, challenges, and operational context of potential clients, focusing on understanding the current landscape of legal management.
• Perform initial qualification of opportunities, applying criteria established by the sales team.
• Schedule demonstration meetings for the sales executives.
• Record and update all interactions and information in the CRM, maintaining an organized and reliable pipeline.
• Assist in building and cleaning up prospecting lists.
• Monitor personal productivity and conversion indicators (contacts made, response rates, meetings scheduled).
• Participate in training on the product, legal market, and prospecting techniques.
• Previous experience: Worked as a Pre-Sales (BDR or SDR) in a technology company (no minimum time required) or experience in inbound or outbound sales pre-sales.
• Knowledge of consultative sales techniques.
• Experience with prospecting via LinkedIn, phone, or email.
• Experience in lead qualification through multiple channels.
• Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Knowledge of SPIN Selling and BANT methodologies; ability to conduct investigative conversations.
• It is a plus if you have:
• Experience in LawTech/LegalTech.
• Background in legal routines.
• Previous work experience in Inbound and Outbound B2B operations.
