This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Contribute to the execution of the annual public relations strategy and communication initiatives.
• Develop and implement PR campaigns along with ongoing communications for designated products, markets, and corporate subjects.
• Draft and refine press releases, articles, interviews, expert commentary, media pitches, briefs, and a variety of other PR documents in English.
• Discover relevant media angles and collaborate with internal specialists to transform company expertise, product updates, and data into media-ready narratives.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with international and industry media, manage distribution, and pursue publication opportunities.
• Oversee PR materials throughout the complete production cycle, including internal approvals, localization, design, publication, and external dissemination.
• Aid in enhancing the media presence and personal branding of company representatives, encompassing interviews, contributed articles, and public speaking engagements.
• Organize PR support for conferences, awards, rankings, and other visibility initiatives.
• Keep weekly and monthly PR schedules, publication logs, and project documentation up to date.
• Track media coverage and compile regular reports on PR performance, focusing on publication quality, relevance, product emphasis, and outcomes.
• Ensure that company information remains accurate and consistent across the corporate website, media partner platforms, directories, and other external outlets.
• Coordinate with external agencies, writers, editors, designers, and other contractors engaged in PR tasks.
• Degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of pertinent experience in public relations, media relations, or marketing communications.
• Proven experience in independently managing PR projects or campaigns.
• Excellent English writing and editing capabilities.
• Experience in crafting press releases, articles, pitches, interviews, expert commentary, and other media content.
• Familiarity with media relations and the publication workflow.
• Ability to identify pertinent media angles and tailor complex information for diverse audiences and formats.
• Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and coordinating feedback and approvals.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and confidence in managing plans, publication records, and performance assessments.
• Proactive and responsible approach to problem-solving.
