This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead, develop, and mentor large pre-sales teams (SDRs/BDRs) to ensure both technical and behavioral growth while achieving targets.
• Design, assess, and enhance pre-sales processes, covering everything from demand generation to the transition of opportunities to Sales.
• Formulate outbound prospecting strategies and refine inbound processes to boost productivity and improve lead quality.
• Establish multichannel prospecting rhythms utilizing email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS, and other pertinent channels.
• Ensure the implementation of consultative sales methodologies, including BANT, SPIN Selling, and other qualification frameworks.
• Track team performance metrics (KPIs) such as productivity, conversion rates, meeting/appointment rates, opportunity quality, and pipeline impact.
• Analyze sales funnel data and suggest enhancements based on commercial and business intelligence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Sales teams to synchronize strategies, ICP, campaigns, and demand generation efforts.
• Deploy and refine tools, automations, and technologies utilized in commercial operations.
• Utilize artificial intelligence to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve commercial outreach.
• Engage in recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes for team members.
• Establish management routines, track goals, provide individual feedback, and create development plans.
• Cultivate a culture of high performance, ongoing learning, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in leading pre-sales operations (SDR/BDR).
• Experience in technology firms, particularly SaaS or digital platforms.
• Background in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with Outbound (hunter) prospecting strategies and an understanding of Inbound operations.
• Strong grasp of qualification methodologies and consultative selling techniques, including BANT and SPIN Selling.
• Knowledge of commercial intelligence, ICP definition, market segmentation, and demand generation strategies.
• Experience with prospecting and sales automation software such as Apollo, Meetime, or comparable platforms.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, pipeline management, and tracking commercial/sales metrics.
• Experience in developing and optimizing multichannel prospecting rhythms.
• Familiarity with automations, lead nurturing, and sales workflows.
• Proficient with AI tools and applications designed to enhance sales productivity.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
