This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage initial contact with leads;
• Conduct consultative qualification to understand each client's context and requirements;
• Precisely identify opportunities and direct them appropriately;
• Oversee the sales pipeline, monitoring every phase of the funnel;
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM;
• Implement strategic follow-ups to ensure opportunities advance;
• Execute a complete handover to the Closer;
• Engage in training and development programs to enhance commercial skills and knowledge of the legal market;
• Support the achievement of the company's sales objectives.
• Strong investigative and diagnostic skills;
• Accurate qualification of opportunities;
• Effective management of the sales funnel;
• Active listening and consultative communication abilities;
• Skills in prioritization and a focus on KPIs;
• Demonstrated experience as an SDR or Pre-Sales professional;
• Background in consultative lead qualification;
• Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management;
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
• Organizational abilities to conduct follow-ups and sustain commercial processes.
