Senior Aviation Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver engineering, operational, and management assistance for the FAA’s NextGen Organization.

• Create project management documents including PowerPoint presentations, Project Level Agreements (PLAs), and Resource Planning Documentation (RPD).

• Offer analytical support, which includes conducting analytical studies and presenting findings to diverse audiences.

• Organize and maintain weekly agendas for PBN cross-organizational core team meetings.

• Prepare quarterly briefings for Program Management Review (PMR) and Portfolio Review Management Review (PfMR).

• Develop and oversee program/project timelines, including providing weekly project updates and various reports for the FAA Program Office.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in program analysis and evaluation.

• Proficient computer skills are essential.

• Familiarity with FAA practices and Microsoft Tools, including Project Management capabilities.

• A background in systems analysis, business processes, analytics, project management, and collaborative problem-solving is highly encouraged.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills are a must.

• High emotional intelligence is essential.

• Strong attention to detail is required.
