This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Provide support for IT systems

• Analyze incidents, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems

• Oversee patch management, including OS and application updates and upgrades

• Develop and maintain technical documentation

• At least 3 years of experience as a Linux system administrator or engineer

• Expertise in Configuration Management, utilizing Ansible or Puppet for automation

• Skilled in scripting with Bash and Python

• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMWare and OpenStack

• Strong knowledge of the RHEL Linux distributions family

• Basic understanding of networking concepts

• Practical experience with monitoring solutions based on the Prometheus stack

• Proven experience in troubleshooting systems
