Requirements and Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect requirements from various business sectors by evaluating scenarios and suggesting technical solutions.

• Confirm functional and technical solutions (including infrastructure) in response to business needs.

• Conduct, take part in, and/or lead system tests and user acceptance testing alongside business stakeholders and vendors.

• Provide training for champions and/or end users on sanctioned solutions.

• Serve as a liaison between Systems, business sectors, and vendors to ensure a clear understanding of issues and assess innovative solutions.

• Oversee open Systems requirements (projects, corrective or evolutionary maintenance), generating status updates and utilizing client and vendor tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office suite.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Spanish.

• Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies.

• Experience with Big Data, databases, and Cloud technologies.

• Familiarity with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
