
Senior Aviation Maintenance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conducts inspections and repairs on aircraft and their components.
• Ensures that all maintenance documentation for aircraft is completed in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Requests aviation parts and supplies as necessary.
• Provides guidance to the Pilot in Command regarding maintenance concerns.
• Validates or confirms data related to the aircraft.
• Mentors mechanics across all maintenance and operational tasks.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and advanced vibration balancing.
• Familiarity with sheet metal and composite repair procedures.
• Ability to read and comprehend various documents, including 337’s, Service Bulletins, and AD’s.
• Capable of multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, which may include overtime and on-call rotations 24/7.
• Must possess a valid FAA A&P License in good standing.
• Inspection Authorization (IA) is preferred.
