Senior Automation Test Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, design, and implement both manual and automated testing scenarios and scripts;

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance (load/stress), and security assessments;

• Identify, log, analyze, and monitor defects to ensure the quality and stability of deliverables;

• Assist the Product Owner in establishing acceptance criteria and validating user stories;

• Actively engage in refinements, requirements reviews, sprints, and user acceptance testing cycles;

• Formulate test strategies, including the identification of key items and suitable coverage;

• Assess the outcomes of each test cycle and recommend ongoing enhancements;

• Develop and manage test documentation (plans, test cases/scripts, evidence, and test data/datapools);

• Utilize test management, automation, and defect-tracking tools;

• Construct and uphold automated scripts, including execution with variable test data;

• Evaluate non-functional requirements with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and reliability;

• Perform security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and suggest system improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (completed);

• Extensive experience in functional, regression, integration, and automation testing;

• Proficiency with Robot Framework and Appium;

• Experience in load and performance testing;

• Familiarity with DB2 databases;

• Understanding of test automation tools and automated execution;

• Experience in test planning, management, and execution;

• Capability to create automated test scripts;

• Knowledge of security testing and vulnerability detection;

• Awareness of core OWASP concepts;

• Experience in evaluating non-functional requirements (primarily performance);

• Proven experience in creating test documentation (plans, test cases/scripts, evidence, test data).
