Senior Automation QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold automated tests for both API and UI.

• Engage in the development and maintenance of testing architecture.

• Enhance and support CI/CD workflows.

• Work on test documentation and ensure requirements are covered.

• Investigate failures, logs, and unreliable tests.

• Collaborate with development, analytics, and QA teams.

• Take part in technical planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in test automation.

• Proficient in Kotlin or Java.

• Experience with Ktor Framework or Rest Assured for API testing.

• Proficient in writing automated UI tests using Playwright or Selenide.

• Practical experience with JUnit 5 or TestNG.

• Strong SQL knowledge with an understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.

• Familiarity with Kafka and experience in testing integrations.

• Experience in establishing and maintaining CI/CD processes using Jenkins and GitLab CI.

• Capability to document testing outcomes using Allure.

• Experience in writing:

• - automated tests (UI/API).

• - test cases.

• - test scenarios and test plans.

• Understanding of code quality standards and requirements.

• Experience in mentoring and providing technical leadership.
