Senior Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and execute automation workflows that integrate various enterprise systems.

• Develop, test, and launch solutions that merge AI agents (Claude, Claude Code, Glean) with automation/RPA and low-code/no-code platforms (UiPath, n8n, Zapier).

• Oversee and resolve issues in production workflows.

• Manage automation initiatives from initial specification to final delivery.

• Collaborate with automation architects and fellow developers to define and validate solutions.

• Work closely with stakeholders and end users to ensure requirements are well understood.

• Add to the collective CoE automation backlog.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in designing and implementing automation workflows that connect multiple enterprise systems.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language.

• Proven experience with AI-driven or agent-based automation.

• Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation platforms.

• Working proficiency in English to facilitate team collaboration.

• Preferred hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath or similar).

• Knowledge of APIs, MCP, SQL, and SaaS platforms is a plus.

• Comfortable operating within established AI governance and security frameworks on critical systems.
