Senior Automation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, sustain, and enhance corporate automations of various complexities.

• Analyze processes and recommend ongoing improvements.

• Work collaboratively with business units, development teams, and infrastructure groups.

• Offer technical assistance to the internal automation team.

• Design scalable and robust architectures for corporate automations.

• Establish technical standards and governance for automation.

• Engineer integrations between internal and external systems utilizing APIs, Webhooks, and databases.

• Create intelligent workflows using generative AI to automate operations, perform content analysis, enhance customer service, and boost productivity.

• Ensure adherence to best practices regarding security, version control, traceability, and documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing intricate workflows.

• Strong, demonstrated expertise in automations utilizing AutomationEdge, n8n, and Python.

• Familiarity with OCR and document processing technologies.

• Experience in designing intelligent automations with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).

• Applying AI for tasks such as classification, summarization, data extraction, content generation, operational automation, and document analysis.

• Proficiency in integrations through REST APIs, SOAP, Webhooks, and databases.

• Experience managing relational and non-relational databases.

• Understanding of Git and version control systems.

• Experience with observability and monitoring techniques.

• At least 4 years of experience in corporate automation.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with generative AI.

• Proven track record in corporate automation and integration initiatives.

• History of managing complex integrations and mission-critical automation projects.

• Plus: experience with event-driven automation.

• Plus: experience with AI agents.

• Plus: experience with Docker.

• Plus: knowledge of AWS cloud services.
