• Conducts audits for inpatient, behavioral health, ambulatory surgery, emergency room, and various other hospital Professional Fee visits.
• Evaluates audit findings to identify trends and significant areas of concern.
• Must possess RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS/P, or CPC certification.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in professional fee auditing.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, as well as ICD-10 and/or CPT-4 coding.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills are essential.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
